Medskin Clinic are a small chain of three clinics, based in Nottingham, Newark and Chesterfield. The treat both men and women dicreetly for aesthetic treatments and more, but are able to prescribe medications, since the staff are former NHS employees or NHS trained.

They were in desperate need for a new website, to cover the three locations and all their services. The website needed to be mobile responsive of course, and increase their lead generation.

Taking their branding colours, we designed and put together their new WordPress website. We added features for lead generation, live chat, tap to call and email and so forth, with call to action prompts laid across the site too.

But what made this project extra special was the fact that they needed a one-of-a-kind CRM system to be created, so that they could keep track of leads, clients, and all the usual CRM features, but with added special features like holding client medical records, giving clients a portal to login and see their appointments and payments, handling client payments and instalment plans, sending SMS reminders to clients (and staff), SMS and email communications from within the CRM, email and SMS marketing, signable agreements, and many more features.

They were so amazed by what we had built compared to their old system, and how it increased their productivity, they happily told us that it helped them to see which staff were productive and not; where money was going, which they weren’t aware of before; how one SMS marketing campaign brought them a 4,400% ROI…. even we were quite blown aware at the success of the project!

Catering Guide – iOS + Android App

The Catering Guide was created for BHA who were publishing a book to cover all the hygiene requirements in the UK, if you are a caterer providing food services.

In addition to their book, they wanted a mobile app version of the same content.

We set about creating the iOS and Android versions of the book. In addition to transferring the book content, we had to build in a search function, chapters, web hyperlinks (for further resources), glossary terms in pop-up windows and more.

There was a lot to process but we got it launched and live on both Play store and iTunes in time for their launch.

iOS app for pre-school and early primary school children.

She had already had designs produced and half of the first level complete, but the original programmer had to withdraw due to personal commitments. So we were approached with this small amount complete, and were asked if we could continue and indeed complete the game for her.

The game was quite large. It spanned 10 levels each consisting of six games, doubled in number by two routes of difficulty level. That’s 120 games and various other screens.

First of all we had to create all the additional menu screens, background scenes, interactive elements, text and so forth. Once this was complete we could move on to the coding. This admittedly took a while, but after several months we got it completed and the game approved by the client.

A relatively quick Apple iTunes submission later and the game was live for children to learn from!
