They were in desperate need for a new website, to cover the three locations and all their services. The website needed to be mobile responsive of course, and increase their lead generation.

Taking their branding colours, we designed and put together their new WordPress website. We added features for lead generation, live chat, tap to call and email and so forth, with call to action prompts laid across the site too.

But what made this project extra special was the fact that they needed a one-of-a-kind CRM system to be created, so that they could keep track of leads, clients, and all the usual CRM features, but with added special features like holding client medical records, giving clients a portal to login and see their appointments and payments, handling client payments and instalment plans, sending SMS reminders to clients (and staff), SMS and email communications from within the CRM, email and SMS marketing, signable agreements, and many more features.

They were so amazed by what we had built compared to their old system, and how it increased their productivity, they happily told us that it helped them to see which staff were productive and not; where money was going, which they weren’t aware of before; how one SMS marketing campaign brought them a 4,400% ROI…. even we were quite blown aware at the success of the project!

Despite the very short timeline, we were able to get 3-4 pages together and stylised as per Lincoln Lip Fillers’ colour palette, so that everything matched, and importantly, that they were able to start taking online enquiries

So we built her website for her, quite a simple site but enough to handle both her needs, her content, her information about her, but also to contain some simple e-commerce so that visitors can come back and buy her services again in the future.

She’s actually done very well so far this year, and has made more sales each month since launching in July 2017, and continues to grow.

HB Comms came with this web design project on behalf of A.Hull Electrical to have a custom built website for A.Hull. So, for this we were required to design a 100% unique design, no templates, completely bespoke design.

We literally created twenty five different designs for the homepage for the client to choose from, all very different, yet containing exactly what they needed for what they had asked of us, and the branding guidelines.

They narrowed down to five designs, and in the end, picked the winning design which was then used and taken further to build a complete website theme, with four inner-page designs as well. This was converted to a WordPress theme, and a site is built to contain all the content was given, all the text and photos.

We had this live in time to go on their new hosting package before their old hosting was terminated, and this meant they were able to launch very quickly with the new site, with a brand new look to match their new branding. They were extremely happy.

We created a six page website, with an Apply page, so that visitors can quickly figure out what their loan would be, and their repayments, get their details submitted to Debt Consolidation Loans, and get themselves in the process of having a loan.

Our client loved the boldness of the site, and loved how clean it was. They loved how it looked in desktops, tablets and mobiles.

We believe that they are already helping hundreds of clients to manage their finances.

The Quantum Print website which we were replacing was a completely 100% bespoke design. Our designers created three different design concepts from which the manager at Quantum chose the winning design. From there, we converted this from still image into WordPress theme, which was again mobile responsive. and all graphics then for the home page banner, all the graphics for the size of print demonstration where created by hand, uniquely for this clients.

They were very happy with the website, they were happy with the speed with which loaded when visitors view it, they were very happy with the content that they prepared for ua to put in place in terms of the text, and they were happy with the systems as a whole how can they updated themselves.

After a discussing their needs, it became clear that the best route to take was to build a WordPress website with a custom designed theme. They also needed some simple custom tweaks but also a Webinar system so that students could take part in discussions and presentations remotely.

The Brace team set about creating this for them. The timeline was quite tight, and so the design mockups were quickly created and put forward for approval. From here it was a smooth job converting the design to a WordPress theme, and setting up the site.

Kyra were very pleased with the end result and came back to us for another ‘side’ website.

Their new website, though fairly simple in requirement, did need a custom design. So we created a few mockups and presented these. The winning design was converted to a Worpdress theme and the site was quickly put together from there.

There were no huge challenges and the project went smoothly.

While Lily Jones had successfully been running a small WordPress site, they wanted to ‘grow up’ with a custom designed site with e-commerce.

After an extensive (and excited) meeting with the 2 owners, it became clear that they were very specific on the visual design they were after. They also had certain requirements for the e-commerce area and what payment gateway needed to be used. After the meeting we gave our proposal to build the new site on Magento, with some customisations.

Once their new e-commerce site was delivered, we also were able to push the SEO factor harder. Since the site’s relaunch, the ranking positions in Google began to rise after a bit of a stagnant period before the launch. Now, at the time of writing, Lily Jones have 12 keywords on page 1 of Google, and 5 of those are in 1st position.

The owners at Lily Jones have told us how much more footfall they are getting to their shop, and are really happy with the result!
