Medskin Clinic – Website and CRM

Medskin Clinic are a small chain of three clinics, based in Nottingham, Newark and Chesterfield. The treat both men and women dicreetly for aesthetic treatments and more, but are able to prescribe medications, since the staff are former NHS employees or NHS trained.

They were in desperate need for a new website, to cover the three locations and all their services. The website needed to be mobile responsive of course, and increase their lead generation.

Taking their branding colours, we designed and put together their new WordPress website. We added features for lead generation, live chat, tap to call and email and so forth, with call to action prompts laid across the site too.

But what made this project extra special was the fact that they needed a one-of-a-kind CRM system to be created, so that they could keep track of leads, clients, and all the usual CRM features, but with added special features like holding client medical records, giving clients a portal to login and see their appointments and payments, handling client payments and instalment plans, sending SMS reminders to clients (and staff), SMS and email communications from within the CRM, email and SMS marketing, signable agreements, and many more features.

They were so amazed by what we had built compared to their old system, and how it increased their productivity, they happily told us that it helped them to see which staff were productive and not; where money was going, which they weren’t aware of before; how one SMS marketing campaign brought them a 4,400% ROI…. even we were quite blown aware at the success of the project!

Lincoln Lip Fillers – Website

This client needed a website put together very fast indeed. We had just a few days to take the content they had supplied, find some stock photos, and put a simple website together for them.

Despite the very short timeline, we were able to get 3-4 pages together and stylised as per Lincoln Lip Fillers’ colour palette, so that everything matched, and importantly, that they were able to start taking online enquiries

Debt Consolidation Loans – Website

The team behind Debt Consolidation Loans were launching this business and needed a website fairly quickly. We had about two weeks to go from start to finish, to create them a custom design that matched all their branding and style.

We created a six page website, with an Apply page, so that visitors can quickly figure out what their loan would be, and their repayments, get their details submitted to Debt Consolidation Loans, and get themselves in the process of having a loan.

Our client loved the boldness of the site, and loved how clean it was. They loved how it looked in desktops, tablets and mobiles.

We believe that they are already helping hundreds of clients to manage their finances.

Quantum Print – Website

Quantum Print needed a new website to be created to demonstrate a wide array of printing services, covering all manual print from printed business cards and flyers to whole booklets and brochures. They also have an array of speeds of service from slower speeds with lower prices to the next day shipped printed items. Our job was to create a website that was modern, mobile responsive, would allow to take inquiries, leads from visitors, to have a live chat area on the website so staff Quantum print communicate with visitors. Overall we had to build numerous pages to create whole online E-Brochure to demonstrate so many services.

The Quantum Print website which we were replacing was a completely 100% bespoke design. Our designers created three different design concepts from which the manager at Quantum chose the winning design. From there, we converted this from still image into WordPress theme, which was again mobile responsive. and all graphics then for the home page banner, all the graphics for the size of print demonstration where created by hand, uniquely for this clients.

They were very happy with the website, they were happy with the speed with which loaded when visitors view it, they were very happy with the content that they prepared for ua to put in place in terms of the text, and they were happy with the systems as a whole how can they updated themselves.
