ATS Tyre Training – DVD Replication

Once again, the nice chaps over at Howell Consultancy had been working away with their client, ATS Tyres, on some video production.

For this project, we needed only to perform the usual rapid DVD replication, but deliver to one UK address.

We did this, again with items being dispatched on day 5 of production, so packages received very quickly!

Personal Strengths – CDs

Having worked on the SDI CDs for a few years, we again were needed to update the contents of the data CD-ROM for 2012’s documents.

Having done that, we were then required to quickly do some CD replication of both this CD-ROM plus an audio CD, and pack those into plastic double CD wallets.

With this turned around rapidly, the client had their presed discs in about 5 days, allowing them to start distributing the media to their contacts as soon as possible.

Parkdean – CD & DVD Replication

Parkdean Holidays were in need of some more media to restock with.

They already had a pack created, consisting of a double disc pack with a CD and bonus DVD, printed inserts and booklet. We took these to sort their CD and DVD replication, fulfilling everything and shipping out to their HQ in good time.

Everything ran smoothly, so we look forward to their next restocking needs!

Glenfiddich – DVD Replication

Glenfiddich, the folks behind the malt whiskey, wanted some DVDs of a video an in-house artist in residence had produced.

So Brace Media were called upon to sort the DVD replication and get discs back to them ASAP. As is becoming our norm in this sort of job, we got the manufactured discs back to them on day five!

Nice simple job, nice pleasant experience for Glenfiddich.

Graduates 2012 – DVD Authoring & Replication

Another year, another class of graduating actors.

Birmingham School of Acting once again did their great thing of shooting scenes from films and TV shows starring their own graduates, so that a DVD could be created to show to various agents for these actors.

Brace was needed to do the DVD authoring, creating the 3D menus, woring all the options so all actors could be viewed individually (and once again, cleverly doing so, so that the limit of DVD specs could be overcome!); encoding all the films and then dealing with the DVD replication and printing.

The DVDs were replicated, packed into clear DVD cases, had double-sided inalys printed and inserted, plus a 24 page DVD booklet also inserted, all nicely cellophane wrapped.

All this was delivered in time for them to ship the discs out to their various destinations and give them to the students.

Steve Pledger – CD Replication

Musician, Steve Pledger, needed some CDs produced very quickly. Brace Media were contacted to handle the CD replication of his discs.

We produced 1,000 CDs at full retail quality and delivered them on the 5th day after asset approval. We’re getting good at this rapid turnaround of replicated, pressed media!

BCC Adoption & Fostering – DVD Replication

Birmingham City Council’s or BCC Adoption & Fostering dept needed a quick re-run of discs which they already had, simply to get themselves stocked up again.

Not a problem – we got their DVD replication sorted very quickly, and in their hands so they could give them away to potential adopters and foster carers

The Twang – CD Replication

The successful Birmingham band, The Twang, returned to Brace Media again for the CD replication of their next album, titled We’re a Crowd. The CD was needed urgently, so we replicated the CDs, packed them into printed card wallets, and shrinkwrapped them, before delivering the discs to them on the 5th day. Pretty fast turnaround for pressed discs! The lads were impressed with the speedy production, and with their special CDs with not only had full colour print, but a gloss UV varnish too, making them nice and shiny!

The Twang : GUAPA – CD Replication

The Twang are a Birmingham band, who are doing very well for themselves by being covered by NME and reaching high numbers in the independent charts.

They were releasing a new EP, and wanted to use a local company to produce their CDs for them. So they turned to Brace Media for their CD replication needs.

We got them 1,000 CDs printed and replicated, packed into printed card wallets, and shrinkwrapped, all in a timely fashion to meet their deadline they imposed. They proveded some pretty cool artwork, which looked great on the discs!

We wish these nice guys continued success with their music.

ATS Winter – DVD Replication

The chaps over at Howell Consultancy had been busy beavering away with their client, ATS Tyres, on some video production.

Having gotten this wrapped up, Howell came to us, requiring the rapid turnaroud of DVD replication, for discs in plastic wallets. However, for this project, Howell had prepared with ATS an A4 letter. These letters needed to be printed, packed individually into jiffy bags each with a DVD, an address label printed and attached, and then these packages to be shipped out to each of several hundred recipients. Any remaining discs were then couriered to ATS HQ.

We did this, again with items being dispatched on day 5 of production, so everybody received their packages very quickly! ATS Winter
